More crafty creations

I've been meaning to post this picture of my masterpiece diaper cake that I made for my cousin and his girlfriend. They are expecting a baby girl (Hayden Riley Nicholas) in June and I made this "cake" for their baby shower. I didn't want to give it away and Jillian didn't want to take it apart! It included 100 Newborn diapers and two baby bottles.

Bachelorette book

My friend Ashley is getting married in August and I'm sad to say I can't make it to her bachelorette party in July. So to begin the process of making it up to her I made this mini book for her to add her own photos from the weekend. I made it in pink, black and white (the colors of her wedding). I gave Ashley the book today at lunch and I'm really glad she liked it! I've been dying to post the post the pictures I took of the book, but alas had to wait until I actually gave it to Ashley because I know she stalks my blog!! :) j/k Ash.

life changing

Ah how life has changed but what a wonderful way to go. This is my friend Leslee and her pregant belly and baby Jenna. Johnny and Jenna are only 3 weeks apart and it was so fun to be pregnant with Leslee. We are having a blast with our little ones now and it's nice to have someone to compare stories with.

Our handsome little man has captured our hearts and enriched our lives. He is a pure joy to be around and an inspiration for us to be better people everyday.

We do this every month!

Happy birthday to me!

Yesterday was my 26th Birthday and I had a great day! I spent the day being lazy and relaxing at home with my two boys. It was perfect. For dinner John and I went out to Sushi with some friends. There were 9 of us and everyone seemed to get along and have a great time. Thanks to everyone for sharing my special day with me and thanks Ash for all the great pictures!

Play Time

We just put together Johnny's rain forest "jumperoo" and he actually really likes it! We didn't know if he'd be able to hold his head up well enough to be in it yet, but he can. Although his feet don't quite touch the floor, he still really seemed to get a kick out of it. He'll be jumpin in that thing before we know it!

He also is getting more patient with us and his "Tummy Time." He doesn't always put up with it, but is tolerant most of the time.

Johnny loves to read and is getting more and more excited about his toys everyday! He's sitting up better (with help of course) and is getting so strong!
